Who We Are

At Collab Mental Health, we believe the best care begins with connection—not only between therapist and client, but also among the professionals who serve them. We created a place where independent clinicians can practice with the freedom of private practice while enjoying the strength, wisdom, and encouragement of a trusted community. Rooted in collaboration over competition, our mission is to cultivate an environment where clinicians flourish, ideas are shared, and every person who walks through our doors benefits from compassionate, ethical, and exceptional care.

Meet the owners …

Four experienced clinicians. One shared vision.

With more than 60 years of combined clinical experience, the owners of Collab Mental Health have joined together to create something greater than any one practice could offer alone. By combining our expertise, perspectives, and specialties, we're able to provide exceptional care, innovative programs, and trusted referrals—all under one roof.

Because when great clinicians collaborate, everyone benefits.

Clinical wisdom.

Creative solutions.

Great clinicians don't just accumulate years—they discover better ways to help people heal. Decades of working with individuals, couples, and families provide the insight to recognize patterns, refine what truly works, and think beyond traditional approaches.

At Collab Mental Health, our clinicians combine extensive experience, specialized training, and diverse therapeutic perspectives to create innovative programs, practical tools, and meaningful solutions that help people build lasting change.

Available Treatment Modalities

CBT

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBTis a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you recognize how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. By identifying unhelpful patterns and replacing them with healthier ones, CBT equips you with effective tools to create lasting change

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing or EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences that may feel "stuck." By reducing the emotional impact of painful memories, EMDR can help you move forward with greater peace, resilience, and confidence.

A.R.T.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) is an evidence-based approach that helps the brain quickly process distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. Using guided eye movements and visualization techniques, A.R.T. can help relieve symptoms of trauma, anxiety, grief, and other emotional challenges—often in fewer sessions than traditional therapies.

Addiction

Addiction Treatment is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals understand and overcome compulsive behaviors while addressing the underlying emotional, relational, and psychological factors that contribute to them. Treatment focuses on developing lasting recovery, healthy coping skills, and meaningful connection.

Gottman

The Gottman Method is a research-based couples therapy approach that equips partners with practical tools to improve communication, manage conflict, deepen emotional connection, and build healthier, more satisfying relationships. It is effective for couples seeking to strengthen their relationship or recover from difficult challenges.

EFT

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals and couples identify and transform the emotional patterns that create distress in relationships. By strengthening secure emotional bonds, improving communication, and fostering deeper connection, EFT helps create healthier, more resilient relationships built on trust, safety, and lasting intimacy.

Somatic

Somatic Therapy recognizes the connection between the mind and body to help process stress, trauma, and emotional experiences. By increasing awareness of physical sensations and the nervous system, clients develop greater emotional regulation, resilience, and overall well-being.

Prodependent Parenting™

Prodependent Parenting™ is a compassionate, relationship-centered approach to parenting that helps parents remain deeply connected to their children while encouraging responsibility, resilience, and healthy independence. Rather than parenting from fear, control, or overfunctioning, parents learn practical skills for setting healthy boundaries, responding with empathy, and fostering growth without rescuing. The result is stronger relationships built on trust, respect, and the confidence to navigate every stage of parenting.

Strength-Based

Strengths-Based Therapy is a collaborative, empowering approach that focuses on identifying and building upon each person's existing strengths, resilience, and resources. Rather than emphasizing problems or deficits, this approach helps individuals recognize their abilities, develop confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change by using what is already working well in their lives.

Daring Way™

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Daring Greatly™ helps participants build shame resilience through empathy, courage, and self-compassion. Ideal for those struggling with perfectionism, burnout, or exhaustion, this psychoeducational course complements individual therapy by helping participants clarify their core values and intentionally live with greater authenticity. Participants are encouraged to show up, live bravely, and dare greatly

Rising Strong™

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Rising Strong™ teaches participants how to navigate life's disappointments, failures, and difficult experiences with courage and resilience. Using the research-based process of The Reckoning™, The Rumble™, and The Revolution™, participants learn to examine the stories they tell themselves, challenge limiting beliefs, and rewrite those stories in ways that foster growth, authenticity, and wholehearted living. Along the way, they explore topics such as vulnerability, grief, forgiveness, criticism, shame, and trust.

Trauma Informed

Trauma-informed care is an approach that recognizes the lasting impact difficult or overwhelming life experiences can have on the mind, body, relationships, and nervous system. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, trauma-informed therapy seeks to understand the whole person and how past experiences may influence present-day thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.
